Economic Competitiveness
A Competitive Economy
The members of the Florida Council of 100 are companies that do business, employ workers, and pay taxes in our state. Our goal is to make sure Florida remains a great place to own and operate a business and encourage more companies and entrepreneurs to invest in our state and its people.
Toward those ends, we advocate for policies at the state and federal level – from taxes to trade to health care and beyond – that will grow Florida’s economy, boost investment and businesses expansion, and create more good paying jobs for the people in our state.
Project Sunrise
The Florida Council of 100 established Project Sunrise to collaborate with key partners and stakeholders and provide recommendations to the governor and the Florida Legislature on policies that will promote economic competitiveness and improve Florida’s business climate.
