BayCare Aligns with Northwestern to Expand Academic medicine in Florida

FC100 member Stephanie Conners, President and CEO of BayCare, is leading a landmark collaboration with Northwestern Medicine to expand academic health care access and innovation across West Central Florida.

This partnership will integrate Northwestern’s nationally ranked clinical expertise and research capabilities into BayCare’s growing network of 16 hospitals and 100+ clinics. The collaboration will enhance access to cutting-edge treatments, accelerate clinical research, and provide new training pathways for current and future physicians. BayCare already sponsors residency programs with USF and FSU; this new alliance deepens its commitment to academic medicine.
