The Florida Council of 100 Announces New Officers and Board Members

The Florida Council of 100 (FC100), which has grown to include more than 200 leading CEOs from across the state to collectively improve the quality of life and economic well being of all Floridians, has announced its new leadership team.
The following Officers will serve two-year terms:
Chair - George LeMieux: Chairman of the Board, Gunster
Vice Chair - Rodney Barreto: President & CEO, Barreto Group, Inc.
Treasurer - Ignacio Felix: Partner, Global Consumer Operations Lead, McKinsey & Company
Chair, FC100 Foundation - Eric Silagy: Chairman, President & CEO (retired), Florida Power & Light
“I’m honored to be elected Chair of the Florida Council of 100 and am excited to see what we will accomplish,” said LeMieux. “Our highly engaged group of CEOs will continue to tackle the issues identified by our previous leadership team and double down in the areas of infrastructure and resiliency on behalf of all Floridians.”
“We are thrilled to have Senator LeMieux and Rodney Barreto’s leadership and vision as we continue the progress made under previous Chair Eric Silagy,” said FC100 President & CEO Michael Simas. “We appreciate that Eric now will serve as Chair of our Foundation, which will create strong continuity and allow us to move faster.”
Helping to drive actions in support of the FC100’s priorities is the following group of new incoming Board members who will serve a three-year term:
