The Florida Council of 100 surveyed 596 small, medium, and large businesses throughout the state to gather data about employee recruitment and training. Size was determined based on revenue and number of employees. The +/- for the survey was 3.8%.

Updating the Council’s research from 2018, the survey results highlight recent improvements in Florida’s private-sector workforce.
